I am looking for a Photoshow but I am unsure what I want?

I have a mix of old photos, digital images and 35mm negatives can I provide them all?
Yes, we advise that you package them safely and send them recorded delivery to us. We also ask that you label the order you wish the photos, 35mm negatives,slides and digital images to be placed in on the Photoshow (if you are unsure of an order please get in touch prior to sending). We recommend that you send only the digital images you wish to be used on a memory stick ,CD or DVD which will be returned to you on completion.
I have some photos that have red eye and need cropping can this be done?
Yes, we can crop pictures, reduce red eye where possible and in some cases adjust the exposure where pictures are dark.
I want a certain piece of music for the DVD can you obtain this?
We have a limited catalogue of music. Please be aware that we pay for copyright use of any music on the Photoshows which is included in the price of your Photoshow order. If we cannot source a copy of a track you have requested we will contact you.
I only want a small extract from a song can you edit the song?
Yes we can edit the song to play the piece of music you require in your Photoshow. Please advise us of this requirement via e-mail when placing your order.
How much music will I require for my Photoshow?
One song covers approximately 15 photos. However we recommend that you include an extra couple of songs on your order as length of songs can vary.
I require the DVD in seven days can it be completed?
We ask that you give us 14 days to turn your DVD around on receipt of your order. We will notify you via e-mail when we have received your order and photos. We will during busy periods such as Christmas for example require a longer turn around period so please get your packages to us earlier should you require them for Christmas Day.
I am not happy with the quality of the DVD given to me?
We ask that you return the DVD to us so that we can check the product. If the DVD is faulty then you will be entitled to a another copy.
My parcel has come back damaged what can I do?
Your DVD and photos will be returned in the condition that they are sent to us. These will be securely packaged and returned recorded delivery. If the parcel reaches you damaged we suggest you contact Royal Mail as regards to compensation for damage to your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for damages when the parcel is with the postal service. Please refer to www.royalmail.com for further info.
Can I send photos in frames? What is the largest photo I can send?
Sadly no we ask that the photos you send to us are unmounted. (Please note that 35mm slides require to be mounted). The biggest photo we can work with is A4 size. We can take old photos which have card surrounds providing the picture is no bigger than A4 size.
I have slides which are poor quality can I send?
We recommend that you send only good quality slides and ones which are not too dark. We also recommend that you note the orientation of the slide if its not obvious.
Can you process 120mm, 126mm, 127mm and 110mm negative film?
Sadly no we can only process 35mm negative film to photo format.
I am worried some of my photos will go missing as they are of sentimental value. How will I know they are all returned to me?
We recommend that you number your photos in the order you wish for the photo show. This then ensures that we have the correct number of photos of which we can then return to you. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
I have a ripped photo can you repair this?
We do not recommend that you send any damaged photos to us we are not able to repair photographs. However if you do wish this added to the photoshow we recommend you seek repair before sending to us.
What kind of photos can I send?
We cannot accept any photos which are deemed of an obscene/inappropriate nature. We cannot also show materials where there would be copyright infringement either.
I have missed a couple of photos I wish added to the original order. Can these be added?
We ask that you Contact Us with this requirement and we will try to accommodate your additional materials. This however will be at the discretion of Photoshow Memories. This may also require a longer turnaround so the date to be returned to you may be delayed.
What type of DVD do you use for the Photoshow?
We use DVD-R these are most suitable and will play in most players. If you require another format of DVD please Contact Us prior to ordering.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all over the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
