Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read the following Terms and Conditions prior to ordering your Photoshow DVD. When you do place your order you will be agreeing to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. Please note in reference when we refer to" you" this means yourself as the customer and when we refer to "we" this means us at Photoshow Memories. We also recommend that you check out FAQ's for further information.
1. Copyright
Each piece of work produced requires the music to be licensed for home use. The cost of the music licencing is included within your order. You must also ensure that materials sent do not infringe on any third party copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may be copyrighted material or for any other reason at our discretion. If photos are not marked with copyright, you and not Photoshow Memories are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to copy the photos.
2. Your responsibility to us
We ask that you do not send obscene or inappropriate photos etc. If we deem them to be inappropriate we will refrain from using these images in the photo show. We also ask that you check you have enclosed all the materials required for the photo show eg. slides, negatives, photos etc . When sending the parcel please make sure you include details for example copy of the order form or where a printer is not accessible your name and address so we can use your online order form that you have provided us. If on receipt of your order we notice that some of your materials are missing we will notify you via e-mail. If these materials are required to be added we will not commence the photo show until these materials are received from yourselves. This will mean that the date for the work to be returned will start from when we have received these missing materials. We will notify you via e-mail when we are in receipt of the additional materials.
3. Faulty DVD/ Complaints
All Photoshows will be tested prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event your Photoshow will not play we ask you to return it to us and we will replace it free of charge. (Please refer to FAQ's for guidelines on DVD format used.) If you have a complaint for example we have made a mistake within your photo show e.g. a spelling error of a name we will correct this free of charge. If however you have provided the incorrect spelling of the name on your order form we will rectify at an additional cost to yourself. We ask that you contact us with any changes required to the photo show, we also recommend that you keep a copy of your order form.
4. Loss or Damage
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your materials whilst with the Postal Service. We recommend you ensure your materials are well packaged and sent Recorded Delivery to us. 5. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order within 14 days of receipt, but please allow up to 21 days. This may be subject to change due to workloads and time of year for example DVD's for Christmas Presents. If we do have any delays we will inform you and advise you of a completion date. We will provide you an estimated date for the return of your DVD once in receipt of your materials.
6. Data Protection
We will not pass on your details or DVD photo shows to any third parties. We will ensure that privacy and confidentiality will be observed throughout. We will retain a copy of your photo show for six months should you require any additional copies. After six months these will then be destroyed.
7. Payment
We require full payment prior to any work commencing. Orders will be processed using the current pricing. (See Pricing for details)
